the babies are 15 weeks! they are turning into such fun little balls of energy! they pretty much talk nonstop and laugh + smile constantly. they are loving their activity gyms and are mesmerized by the mirrors. breck just stares at himself and smiles while thatcher tries to “talk” to herself {and then gets frustrated when mirror thatcher doesn’t talk back}. they respond to squeaky noises and rattles, and have even begun reaching and grabbing them {thatcher more so than breck}. thatcher loves to stand up on our legs and “dance” while breck loves jumping up and down {he actually bends his knees and pushes off! are 3 month olds supposed to do that?!}. breck has begun a new routine and thinks it’s ok to start the day at 6am. but thankfully thatcher has not begun this new routine and still sleeps until 8 or 9am. they celebrated their first thanksgiving last week {read about it here}. and although i don’t want to wish away time, i’m so excited for their first christmas! we’ve been listening to christmas music every night and they love it! i swear breck tries to sing along. they are so aware of each other now and will just stop and watch the other or sometimes they’ll even “talk” {and that’s when my heart just pretty much bursts open}. every week they change and grow. it’s so amazing to see.

fifteen4fifteen3fifteen2 ^^ i love this shot. it’s such a bad pic of breck and such a good one of thatcher. this is how most of my pictures are these days. one’s happy, the other’s not. one’s looking directly at the camera, the other’s not. i have a feeling it’s only going to get harder and harder to get good pictures of the both of them as they get older.

i hope you guys aren’t getting sick of these weekly updates. i’m not sure how long i’m going to do them for, but i love how it forces me to stop and think about how much they are growing each week. so thanks for following along with our journey! we’re so grateful for all of you!

Please keep up the weekly updates. I love them! Hope your mom brings you and the babies by the hospital so I can meet you in person while you are here.
