easter3happy hump day! i hope you all had a wonderful weekend and for those of you who celebrate the holiday i hope you had a great easter! i’ve been trying to share the twins’ first easter with you guys since monday, but it seems a nasty virus has struck causing the three of us to be sleep deprived and a little off our game. thankfully we had a sleep filled weekend and a fantastic easter, now let’s just hope this thing decides to leave us before our flight to toronto on saturday. but, back to easter. although we were without adam {and missing him terribly}, we were lucky enough to have my grandparents {the twins’ great grandparents} and my aunt + uncle come down from virginia to spend the holiday with us. the twins love spending time with their great grandparents and it’s so incredible to see 4 generations in one room.

it was a day that started off with a big easter brunch, followed by easter baskets for the twins, lots of laughs and love, and ended with fun outside on what was an absolutely beautiful day. thanks to my amazing family for making it a perfect day!
