i’m just going to preface this post by saying that i have about 10 billion pictures of the twins in their halloween costumes. so to save you guys having to scroll through pages and pages of pictures i’m just going to share all of the fun we had at a local pumpkin patch!

halloweenif you checked out our post on friday then you know we had planned on heading to the toronto zoo for halloween. however, after doing a bit more research we decided that the twins probably aren’t old enough to fully appreciate the activities at the zoo. so perhaps next year the parade, face painting, and other happenings at the zoo will be more fun for them. we didn’t want to just sit around though {and i was dying to put the twins in their costumes} so we decided to head to a pumpkin patch since our previous plans to go had been ruined by rain. and although the pumpkin patch seems like it would be a lot of fun, it was pretty cold when we went and we ended up not staying for too long. it was more than enough time though for the twins to run around, giggle, and entertain all of the other patch-goers {i swear no matter where we go they end up attracting everyone around us}. next year we’ll definitely go back {earlier in the season when hopefully the weather is better}! now get ready for the extreme cuteness that is breck the lion and thatcher the lamb!

halloween1^^ they stayed in the stroller for about 3 minutes. seriously why do i even bother bringing it anymore?!

halloween3halloween2halloween15^^ these pumpkin donuts were ah-mazing! i may have eaten more than one. and we may or may not have also picked up a strawberry rhubarb pie.

halloween4halloween5halloween6halloween7halloween8^^ i’m completely obsessed with these costumes. they were just so cute and yes, i do have every intention of making the twins wear them everyday until they outgrow them.

halloween9halloween10halloween11halloween13halloween12halloween14halloween16^^ best dad ever.

halloween17halloween18^^ our attempts at taking a picture together. finally got one where we are all looking at the camera. next we just need to work on getting all of us to smile at the same time.

halloween19^^ and as if getting 3 of us to take a decent picture wasn’t hard enough, we attempted a family pic.

halloween20^^ and of course one more with the donut.

hope you all had a wonderful halloween! we sure did! maybe i’ll share a few more pics with you guys later this week 😉
